We only use 5PM Shadow SMP Pigment, a high-quality pigment designed solely for the art of scalp micropigmentation. Unlike conventional brow or body tattoo pigments, our formulation acknowledges the scalp's inherent sensitivity.
Formulated from pure carbon, it's hypoallergenic, safe, and gentle, even for the most sensitive skin.
Diluted to harmonize with your natural tone and hair follicles, this pigment blends seamlessly to create an elegant finish—with long-term safety assured by EU certifications.
Results typically last 3–5 years based on your skin type. We recommend a touch-up every 2–5 years.
Each session takes between 1 and 5 hours, depending on your treatment area. The full process includes 3 sessions, spaced 14 days apart.
We offer laser removal for previous SMP treatment. The time required depends on the pigment type and how deeply it was applied. If body tattoo ink is used, it typically requires multiple sessions to remove.
It depends on your skin conditions. Dry or frequently exfoliated skin may fade faster.
Healthy and moisturized skin helps pigment last longer.
- Wash your hair getting the treatment.
- If you have scalp issues like rashes, acne, or inflammation, let them heal first.
- Planning to dye your hair? Do it at least 2 weeks prior (or 1–2 days for organic dyes).
Avoid water on the treated area for 1–2 days.
After Day 2, gently wash the treated area with baby shampoo—no scrubbing or combing. Regular shampoo is fine elsewhere.
Expect minor flaking and dryness by around Day 7; it’s normal. Use the cream we provide to soothe any itchiness.
For the first 10 days, avoid excessive sweating, sunlight, swimming, saunas, or steam rooms.
Hair styling is okay after Day 5–7, but only at the ends—keep products away from the pigmented zone.
If you want to dye your hair after SMP, wait at least 30 days.
Discomfort is very minimal. We use numbing cream before and during the procedure to ensure a comfortable experience.
